“This store is intentionally designed to be a bit of a mess - there is a an overarching organizational scheme (i.e. shoes over there and clothes over here) but after that, there's very little organization. The quality of the items range drastically from thread bare, see through shirts to name brand items. The prices also are on a bit of a range. However, the prices really are quite reasonable, even for some of the nicer items. If you're into "hunting" this is the store for you. You'll be hunting through the large dresses to find small pants. You'll be hunting through $12.99 items to find $4.99. It does have a super wide range of items available and a lot of half-vogue random things so you may or may not find your style here, but I guess that's all part of the "treasure hunt." Personally, I prefer a little more organization, but I'm not going to knock this store. I can see why people love it.”

I’m pretty new to BB, but now I have several items and absolutely love the quality! The new shoes are very well-made and to me much better than Sperry. I don’t remember the names of the staff members who assisted me but one was a woman, and two older gentlemen. Very helpful and accomodating; instead of repairing a sweater I brought in I was given a credit, which to me is even better, I can choose something new. But I really want to thank all the staff there, they’re all very professional and courteous and know how to treat customers! Definitely go in and look around if you want some new stuff and want the classy experience of shopping there!!”
