“Over the last year we switched all our prescriptions to Walmart due to the substantially lower costs they provide. The staff is generally friendly, courteous and helpful. One particular pharmacy staff member, Jocelyn, has been exceptionally kind, thoughtful and helpful. Though they are a very busy pharmacy with many customers, Jocelyn remembers my name, and expresses genuine care and interest in my family every time I visit or speak with her on the phone. She always has a friendly smile. Jocelyn is one, amazing, stand-out employee.”

“I don't remember her name, but thank you for helping me find shoes last night!!! I came in to return shoes and an outfit. I went to the shoe section and found the perfect Nike but couldn't find my size :( I asked an employee to check to see if they had 8.5 in stock and the system said there were two pairs in the store!! The two employees searched with me for over 20 minutes and the employee (I think she had short black hair and used to be in charge of the shoe department) finally found box 100! Size 8.5!! YAY! Thank you so much! The shoes are perfect and I am so thankful that you guys helped me find them!!”

“This particular Target at Northlake has a lot of clearance items for women and children. In addition it is the only place where I can get a gallon of milk for $1.95! I usually can save 5% on some grocery items using my cartwheel app! I also like the fact that I can use a Target coupon and a manufacturer’s coupon for any item.”

“I used to despise going to this Walmart for three reasons: 1) they are laid out differently than every other Walmart so I had to search for certain things, 2) the stock on many of my staples is lower here so usually I can't buy everything i need in one trip, 3) I'm not a big fan of the crowd that comes here. BUT now that they have grocery pick-up, I may stop by here more often. I know this sounds lazy, but I'd rather have people who work here and know where everything is go around hunting for items on my list. Steven, who took care of me today was EXTREMELY nice. Actually, every grocery pick-up person I've dealt with at any Walmart is wonderful - almost like they've been to Chick-Fil-A training.. also, the city installed a light at the entrance to this store which is a Huge plus when trying to leave the store.”

“This Marshall’s in Charlotte, Is one of my favorite stores to come to when I’m in Charlotte, NC. I try to come by weekly to check~out their great new products that they get in daily. This store usually gets multiple shipments in weekly, so they have so much great stuff to offer to there customers. It’s a new and very clean store. They have lots of home furnishings and clothing. It’s in a great location with a lot of other stores around. You never can go wrong when shopping at a awesome Marshall’s Dept Store!”

“this is a review for one of the employees, Sarah, not for the store itself. i had an issue at the checkout counter and had to request review of camera footage for a lost item. there were about 10-15 employees in the same vicinity who did not seem to care or want to assist me, however Sarah went out of her way to get the help I needed. five stars for a great employee in an otherwise unhelpful environment. thanks Sarah!”
