“I went in today looking for a laptop. I was greeted by Josh. He's helped me many times over the years. We talked about how I've been his customer since the store opened. I told him what I needed in a laptop & he brought out 2 for me to compare. One of them was exactly what I wanted. He then updated my info in the system...I signed a couple of places...and I was on my way. I was in & out in about 15 minutes today. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Josh or anyone at this store, or any of their locations. I am very thankful that I can get what I need from these awesome people anytime I need something . I am severely handicapped & can't always walk or drive...so, they have even delivered my product to me with the papers I needed to sign on a couple occasions. “I’m really upset that despite the great reviews, great employees, and good prices, that they are closing down due to (what I assume to be) big streaming companies. This store has always been my favorite stop to rent movies as a kid, video games as a young teen, and now I buy the movies from their closing sale unfortunately. The closing sale is a pretty decent deal, I got 3 older movies (their definition of old isn’t too crazy, anything that wasn’t released in the last year or two is deemed old it seems like) for just 15$. Newer movies and blu-rays will run you a little more. The staff here are excellent, knowledgeable, and the most friendly and down-to-earth I’ve seen in this city. I hate to see this place go, please go support them in their final days.”

“Sue Ann was very helpful in completing my transaction for paying off my account after being their for 10 years with Farmer's. She, Fran and Troy are great and so are the sales ladies. But with my experience there over the years has taught me a very valuable lesson. IF you need furniture save up for it and pay for it out right or buy slightly used. It's cheaper in the long run that way. I'd even say this about Aaron's or RAC. With being at Farmer's for close to 10 years I've probably paid them enough to have bought what I have at LEAST 5 times over with all of the high interest and late fees added on. Such as a $15 late fee on your payment. My car payment's late fee is $6. Farmer's is more than double, why? Any way as the late and great Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Free at last, Free at last, thank God I'm Free at last." Now I can use my payment toward more important bills. It's been real, and it's been fun, but just not real fun.”
