“What you all have to understand that it’s either you help or don’t comment at all. It’s hard working at a store that’s low staffed and people don’t come into work. Yes the lines are long but you can’t take it out on the cashiers they do the best they can we all do. What everyone as a society has to learn is that we are all humans we’re not robots. Honestly, sometimes the customers are just as bad as the staff. I had someone come through my line and instead of telling me how she wanted me to bag something she reaches across the counter and starts bagging her own items. I’m here the help, there was absolutely no reason for her to reach across my counter. Not saying this excuse for anyone having an attitude, but you all have to show more compassion and be mindful that this is a low wage store that’s trying. This location is accepting applications if anyone of you all want to help. Thank you! Also, if you could have your method of payment ready you’d be surprised how much faster things would go.”

“My recent experience with Rooms to Go was not too good. The in-store sales rep was super nice but it seemed that most sales associates just wanted to sit around with each other and chat though. Delivery however was a major pain. We were told between 11-3PM delivery and then informed it would be 2-5PM. Finally we had to call at 5:30PM when it hadn't showed and was told that it may be 7PM. The driver finally called at 8:30PM and said that his helper needed to go home and that if I wanted my sofa he would need my help lifting it and carrying it into my house. This seems ridiculous considering I paid $80 delivery fee just for me to have to lift an extremely heavy sofa that I just bought for $900 into my house. I agreed to help just because I couldn't bare any more delays. Driver eventually arrived after 9PM and I helped carry the extremely heavy sofa into my house. Driver was nice but this was not the appropriate way things should have played out. Probably wont be doing any more purchases here just due to that. Update 1/14/18 Customer Service contacted me after seeing my previous review and did offer a full refund of the delivery costs. This was a pretty fair move on their part and thus I increased my review rating from 3 to 4 stars. Glad they make an effort to assure customer satisfaction.”

“My old Lexus had multiple tears in the driver's leather seat cover and other interior issues in the leather and around the dash. The end result after Orlando worked on it was stunning. The interior looks brand new. Orlando recommended a high quality vinyl for the seat and it matches perfectly. He was able to repair all of the other areas and you cannot tell where the damage was. In addition, he deep cleaned all of the leather, cleaned the carpet and cleaned the entire interior. Orlando was easy to work with and I appreciate him taking such good care of my car. Computer system for designing signs was not consistent in pricing, description or arrival time however Jose was very patient. Although there were no answers as to why there were so many discrepancies, my transaction concluded smoothly and there was a coupon available to reduce the pricing to a fair price. Crossing fingers it arrives in 5-7 days as originally told instead of the 11 days on my receipt. Peace!”
