“Was looking for a gym to join on the advice of my physical therapist, and Gold’s went out of their way to show me equipment safe to use with my injury and how to use it correctly. Not too crowded, even on a Saturday morning, so lots of space to keep distance from other members. Most people wearing masks. No pressure to sign up after my free day pass, and all of my many questions were answered. I was going to check out another gym closer to home before I decided, but ended up signing up for Gold’s today. I haven’t been in a gym in 2 years, and I am so excited to be joining this one!”

“My son is a patient at WakeMed Pediatric weight management clinic and I cannot say enough good things about it. They are the most compassionate caregivers we have ever seen. The practice is all inclusive— medical supervision, psychological counseling, meal planning with a registered dietician and exercise support. We have taken full advantage of all aspects of the clinic. The caregiver team work closely together to manage the case holistically— and know what each other is recommending. Dr Huang is my son’s primary medical lead with Dr. Tomasulo in psychotherapy, Hillary the dietician and Genna the exercise counselor. I cannot thank then enough, not recommended them highly enough.”

They recently changed the check-out lines to be all “Smart Checkouts” which never seem to work for be but there has always been a clerk right there to manually fix it.”
