“Pickway Manor has been a great first apartment for my fiance and I. When we first moved in the landlady (Diana) was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Everyone has been super nice to us. The neighbors have been quiet and the only maintenance issue we experienced was a slow tub drain (which we easily fixed with a drain snake). Unfortunately they are renovating soon so we will be moving out, but from my experience so far (lived here about 4 months: January - May) it's a great place to live!”

You are not just a number to Pooja. She was always friendly and eager to help me see improvement. Kenny Biggs was great as well, always engaging and helpful. Many interns over the summer (Gabe!) helping out were all pleasant to work with. Regarding the review about not following COVID mask protocols. In my experience, masks were on 100% of the time.
