Jason Vandiver came to their house two days after receiving paper work. He was patient and listened to our concerns. He answered all questions in a polite and professional matter. He had the investigation closed later that day, and my parents had a check three days later. And although my parents would have much rather have their belongings back; Jason made them feel not all was lost. I would recommend Farm Bureau for home owners insurance to anyone, and if all the agents are as caring as Jason; it’s a decision you won’t regret. Side note; important to have cost to replace (such as my dad) It’s very affordable with Farm Bureau. I’m glad they had recommended to us years ago.”
