“Had a really wonderful experience at this location off Peace St in downtown Raleigh. Was immediately greeted and assisted, the staff person helping me (Shirt said Delshown I believe - sorry if I got name wrong!) was extremely knowledgeable on the different paint/finishes, and I was in and out in no time (he even loaded the several gallons into my car for me). Although the store started to get busy after I arrived, all staff remained cool and collected and had the line running swiftly and efficiently - I was impressed, especially when folks are all anxious right now regarding crowds/covid-19. I was a little overwhelmed beforehand with all the options and spending hundreds on paint for a whole house, but left feeling pleasantly surprised on the ease of the interaction. Would recommend Sherwin Williams 100% due to quality of products and customer service received! Thanks”

Everyone I talked with on the phone and in person was very nice and willing to help out. This service didn’t fall under warranty, but I was in no way felt like I was being gouged. Helped me unload and load each time and took the time to explain what they did. I will definitely be using them for service work in the future.”

“I recently employed Noble Renovation to finish my basement. The project was to turn my unfinished, 900 sf space into a movie theater, bar area, general purpose room and half bathroom. The biggest thing for me that one needs from a contractor coming into your home is trust, and Steve Noble very quickly earns your trust. My project came with some specific requirements for the movie room, not least of which was a significant amount of soundproofing. Even before the contract was signed Steve did the necessary research to understand it and was very attentive and accommodating of the smallest of details that come with effective soundproofing. We were very satisfied with the quality of his work also. The trim guys he uses were particularly good. He lets you know what work is scheduled that day or week etc and even though we suffered a few weeks delay, not Steves fault, he still got the work finished by Xmas as he had promised. Steve visits the project regularly and oversees progress, updates you etc rather than just calling subcontractors and letting them sort it out. You can probably find contractors that are cheaper than Noble, but his pricing is very transparent and certainly reasonable, and when it comes to home remodeling, you absolutely get what you pay for. We were certainly left content that we got a great product and value for our money. I would absolutely recommend Noble Renovation to anyone looking for any kind of remodel and Steve is a pleasure to work with, who takes pride in both his work and his customers.”

“Great work from Doug and his team back in October. My husband works in the construction field himself, but doesn't know that much about home plumping. So he found Doug through a mutual friend. Doug was able to come in and not just help my husband install the new counter tops for our main bathroom, but he was also able to install the new plumbing that it required. Nothing like updating a bathroom, if you ask me. Overall I'd rank the service as excellent. We were able to leave Doug, alone in our home by himself and trust that everything was in good hands. Overall it was really good experience and if you need help remodeling, I'd recommend him in the future.”

They were able to get me exactly the model I wanted even though they are hard to find. And they got it for me with a minimal lead time. After I got the instrument, I called and asked if they could adjust the action to make it lower. “My wife found a desk there that she really like. She asked me to come and look at it with her. Also to see if it could fit in the SUV to bring it home. The personell working there are great. They have great items for sale and according to the color of the price tag, is the discount. Our color was pink which was 40% off. They were professional and knew what they were talking about. We bought the desk and now it's on hold until I clean out the two back seats to fold down to get it in. I'm giving this four stars as it is used items almost all the time. However, be aware they can get brand new items from brand name stores donated to them, then sell them at a deep discount. Other than that, the crew there get five stars all the way. Very friendly indeed!!”
