“I was impressed in multiple ways this company was able to help me (1) speed: I called them on a Thursday. By Friday, they had a repairman out for an estimate. By Monday they had the team come out to start the fix, and the project was completely done by Friday (it was a pretty major project). Only 8 days from phone call to completion! It was incredible. I had other local companies waste 2+ weeks simply looking for a part. (2) Service: It was a major project and it took a little longer than expected, and they were actually at my house until 9 pm on a Friday. They did not “go home early” so they could go out and enjoy their Friday night, they stayed at my house until 9pm to fix the project. I couldn’t believe it! I told them they didn’t have to do that, and I told them repeatedly they could go home to spend time with their families — but they wanted to make sure I didn’t go the whole weekend without a broken air conditioner. (3) Accountability: They called me on Saturday morning to make sure it was still working! (4) Price: I definitely paid a lot less for my unit than a lot of my friends have. Highly recommend this company and will definitely call them back if I have future problems.”

“I purchased a whirlpool cabrio washer,that was a scratch and dent for 275. When I first brought it home it started throwing up the over load code. They came out the very next day,wasnt able to fix it here so took it for 2 days and brought it back the day they said would be the latest. And so far I have done 3 loads and no more code popping up! I recommend them. Of the places I shopped around at,they had the 30 day warranty and had NO problem coming out and fixing it! They were polite and understanding as to my need to do laundry and got it fixed as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your service! And my new washer. I love it!! :D”
