He showed up on time (actually a little early) and did excellent work. He was very careful to make sure no dust got into the house as he cleaned the fireplace/chimney. He offered us suggestions on how to maintain a safe chimney and fireplace. Gray is a very pleasant person and does an excellent job. He was very affordable and honest.
