“New Hope Painting Drywall & Remodeling LLC completed a full master bathroom remodel in our home. They did an excellent job. The owner estimated costs for every step of the remodel: demo, drywall, plumbing, tiling, painting, etc., and the final results aligned very well with these estimates. We experienced issues with our existing pipes being very brittle due to the age of our home, and the owner arranged for exposed pipes for the tub and vanity to be replaced with Pex to ensure proper quality. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns, and he often visited the job site directly to be sure to give guidance to the crew. Everyone was incredibly pleasant to work with, took pride in their work, and cleaned up extremely. well. They made a challenging process as easy as possible. We look forward to working with them again in the future!”

“Dish GardenArt saved me for my wedding. I had rented silk flowers from something borrowed blooms for my wedding. When they arrived 4 days prior to the wedding, they looked awful compared to the preview packs I had gotten. We went dish GardenArT on Wednesday when the wedding was Saturday (also valentines day was the following Monday so it was an extremely busy time at the flower shop), and they made us 7 bridesmaids bouquets, a bridal bouquet, 2 corsages, and 9 boutonnieres. They were absolutely beautiful, and affordable! I rented silk flowers to save money, but the real flowers from Dish GardenArt were about the same price! I am super thankful how they handled my last minute wedding crisis.”

“Been using Kumo for years. Awesome company. Weston services my home weekly for pet waste removal and does a superb job. Highly recommend. Upon reading some of the crazy bad reviews. Let me clarify that I was not offered a discount or anything at all for my review. This company has always been professional and I’ve used them for my previous home as well as the one I just moved to. I call them often for re services because well, we are in NC, and this summer has been crazy hot with all the extra bugs to go with it. The ladies who answer the phone are always super nice and send someone out (usually Weston at my new home) as soon as they can. It’s not about their customer service, it’s about how we as customers speak to people. Everyone deserves respect. If you, as a customer, are unable to do that or are just rude don’t expect someone to just deal with it. This world is crazy enough. This company is great and we all just really need to do better at being nice Humans. Thanks to who ever does the responses on these reviews for dealing with the Karen’s how we all wish we could. “I love getting photos printed here. I usually use the 1-hour machine. I have had issues with the machine in the past not wanting to work right but the staff that works in this area are always helpful. My pictures never have any issues when I go to pick them up. It is cheaper than other places for picture prints that I have been to. It is worth getting them done at Wal-Mart.”

“Ordering flowers across state lines can be frustrating because you don't really know the quality until your recipients send you a picture or tell you, and thats even if they ever recieve them in the first place. We have tried for almost a year now to find a florist who would send my Mother In Law quality, beautiful large arrangements of flowers in Charlotte, N.C. We have found several florists who we would not recommend but Starclaire Florists is the one we would DEFINITELY recommend!! Not only did they offer same day delivery service but the arrangement for the cost was amazing! Its the type of quality that is hard to find nowadays. They also called my M.I.L. personally to check and make sure she recieved them. They were huge, beautiful flowers in a gorgeous arrangement. I couldn't be more thankful to Starclaire Florist. My M.I.L. absolutely loves them!!!”

“American Wood Reface replaced my kitchen cabinet doors and painted the trim to match. They did a great job and I loved the results, BUT I have called and called for a repair and I never could get a call back. One cabinet needed some work. When I was being sold this service, I was told the the customer service was excellent. But it is poor. During the third call, the person on the phone said that "it happened all the time." If that is true, why can't they come and fix that one thing? Since this review, I have been contacted by the salesperson who I initially talked to and he apologized for the lack of customer service. He also sent me a note in the mail apologizing and included a gift card. He also gave me his cell phone number so that I could contact him directly. This is the type of customer service I thought I would get initially. I respect that he is reaching out and he also promised that customer service would be improved. I am very happy with the product so I would go with this company and I recommend it. This was during the time of COVID so perhaps this had something to do with it. Anyway, you will be happy with the product. Just the reface makes my kitchen looks like it doubled in size.”

“Keith and his team did an excellent job updating the old, ugly, golden vinyl in my kitchen and dining room to something much more beautiful and modern. Not only is Keith’s Quality Flooring fairly priced, but everyone at the company is kind and eager to help make the customer happy. While actually replacing my floors, his team moved all of my heavy appliances with ease, and the replaced and plugged them back in once finished. They also added new quarter round, and caulked it, too. For such a large area that needed done, his team was able to finish within just a few hours, giving me the whole afternoon to go about my regular day. This is an excellent company, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors redone.”
