“This is absolutely the best salon I have ever found! A little hidden *gem* across from Birkdale Village that rivals all my old favorites from downtown Charlotte. It has all the charms of an NYC loft studio, with high-end hospitality. Before COVID they always offered beverages (soda, keurig coffee, water, etc), which I always loved. Very reasonable prices (anyone who dyes their hair knows how expensive it is). I take my children here for their haircuts as well, and my son hates getting his hair cut, always used to cry. “We didn't purchase a frame from Framecrafters but they did help us to cut down a frame for my son's puzzle and didn't charge us for it!!! They also helped to get the puzzle into the frame to make sure it fit and was secure. They also added more support to it and gave my husband extra support for another framed puzzle we have. Again, they didn't charge us a penny for any of this. The next time we need a frame we are for sure going to visit Framecrafters. They went above and beyond and didn't have to. We highly recommend this company.”
