“This Dollar General store is run far better than most I have patronized in the past. The aisles are still too crowded for my liking, but this one is less so than the others. The shelves are kept organized , with less merchandise "shoved in" haphazardly, or left where customers who decided against purchasing them just tossed them instead of returning them to where they got them from. The floors are kept clean and swept. Kudos to the management.”

“This is a wonderful idea to have in our neighborhood. It is a temporary home for Veterans. It is nice to have a place that they can stay so that they are not homeless. In a small way having this home is beneficial in that it allows some residents to feel a little safer. These men are able to get out and walk around in the neighborhood. They are friendly and nice. It is a nice thing to have people in our town that want to help find fixes for some of the things that are not what they should be. We all should be more generous in our lives and be helpful instead of complaining about what needs to be done. This housing is for Veterans only. Our town made it possible to help homeless veterans have a good place to go instead of living on the streets. This IS NOT a hotel or bed and breakfast. You can not rent a room. This is helping Veterans.To call the Veterans housing, the number that you call is the phone number for 5 Street Ministry. 5 Street Ministry is also the place that you will have to go to if you are interested in applying for a place to stay”

“How was there for vacation in Statesville I stayed at Motel 6 she gave me the room key I went to the room and I notice something was wrong with the room so I went back to the front desk and I took a picture to show her picture I what was wrong with the room it was no problem she gave me the next room over everything was good I will always stay at Motel 6 and they do accept pets and when you want to eat breakfast in the morning there's a waffle house right there on the corner you will have a great experience but Motel 6 is clean and reasonable priced”

“Thank you to Stevan and staff for helping in removing a charge made by mistake. I had to change to another Hilton location in the same day 20 hours before checking in. They were nice and waved the penalty. Good to see corporate kindness still exists! Note. I did call Hilton honor and they waved the fee in advance but somehow someone dropped the ball and I got charged. But upon calling they reversed it.”

My husband made the reservations with Sean ( sorry if misspelled) he and the rest of the staff took excellent care of my family. My family went on and on about how kind, friendly and wonderful the staff was to them. They said their room was fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable, and loved the shower! “I love this place. The Maze Stone itself is an incredible artifact, created by a culture that predates the modern tribes from the area. It's possible it was carved by Chinese explorers that came to San Jacinto in the 400's AD according to ancient records int he royal archives in Beijing. Who knows. It's a medicine wheel, of course. “For the money this is a great place to stay. It is very convenient to just about everything in Raleigh. I like the modern atmosphere and the fact that you can get a beer right in the lobby. The included breakfast left a lot to be desired but this was the result of the pandemic restrictions on what could be served. All the employees were very nice and I was especially pleased that Housekeeping found my very expensive eyeglasses and held on to them until I could return. This was my second stay at this location and I will definitely be back.”
