I called and made an appointment (which I also had to reschedule due to work) so finally Saturday I was able to make it, and I can't do anything but gush about Ms. Betsy and Dr. Gilmartin. Although I don't like the set up they have because of the pandemic I understand it's necessity, but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable because I had to hand my pooch over to someone we don't know.... BUT despite that, communication was excellent! The patience they had for me and my worries and all of my questions was outstanding. Ms. Betsy took extra time to inform me about the plus package (which she did not have to sell me on at all it's great!)”
