“During the many years I have lived here in Clayton, I have been treated by several of the physical therapy facilities in the area. All of them seem to me to be a gym where you did exercises and occasionally some other modality of treatment. Not at Orthos! There, I am placed into a private room with very nice ambience. I am then treated with heat or cold depending on the injury followed by electrical stimulation treatment. Afterwards the area of injury is gently massaged and then treated with ultrasound. This is what I call physical therapy. The staff is exceptionally kind and very skilled. If you want to be treated in an extraordinary way with amazing results, I would highly recommend Ortho Physical Therapy.”

“Super clean, very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I had an injury and preexisting condition that Brian was able to help alleviate the first session. I've only had a total of two sessions but I can definitely see more improvement with those two sessions than I've had in the 18 months with this stupid injury. Worth every freaking penny and more. The other thing that I very much appreciate is he wants to "fix" you and get on, moving on. He wants to see you improve and wants to see less of you (in a good way).”

“I have been under the excellent care of Alberta for first a neck and then a shoulder injury for several months now and have experienced great progress in the healing of both. I have not only benefited from Alberta’s extensive professional knowledge but also from her caring demeanor. I would not hesitate in recommending her for any physical therapy needs.”

“I work with a teenage student who has special needs and occasional behavioral concerns. This YMCA was very welcoming and the lifeguards and staff at the pool were exceptional. They held him accountable for rules and were very patient. He also loves meeting people and learning their name and sharing his. The lifeguards all remembered his name the next time we came. Great job hiring professional and caring staff who can work with a variety of populations with ease!”

“Our son (3) had an almost one year bout with Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome leaving him scared to eat and causing an aversion to most foods. Once his esophagus was repaired and the vomiting ceased, we noticed he weighed less than he had at 18 months, we tried everything we could think of getting him to eat. We tried shakes, juices, purees, crunchy, salty, sweet. We tried bribes, and even tried to be tough. Nothing worked. Our pediatrician recommended Caring Hands OT. After our first visit/evaluation we quickly discovered that he had some sensory difficulties making it super obvious why none of the traditional methods worked. Ms. Marilee has been a life saver for us. Six months ago, this boy tried to exist on cheese and water. Today, while he is still not on the charts for his weight for age or height, he is gaining and he has a very expanded palette. This is not to say we didn't experience regression, or challenges, but we are overwhelmingly pleased with his progress and Caring Hands' methods. They are creative, and fun. Our son really looks forward to his therapy days! And while they are playful, they're not contradicting our rules at home. They don't "allow" the child to take advantage of them or to just get his way, they are thoughtful in their approach and, maybe most importantly, very effective. Marilee has taught us so many things we can do at home to help deflate tantrums and bring the joy back to the dinner table. She's very down to earth, enjoyable to talk to, and really knows her stuff. One of our biggest fears was that this diagnosis would give our son an excuse to avoid real life, when it reality, it's given him tools to handle real life. I'm no longer terrified of the prospect of him going to someone's house or to school. Seriously a huge sigh of relief. I would (Caring) Hands down recommend them to anyone seeking to help their children cope with, and expand beyond, their condition. The picture I'm attaching is of my son's lunch for today, 6 months ago, he ate ONLY sliced lower sodium white american cheese (seriously, that specific).”

“I have been a patient at a number of different physical therapy facilities here in NC, as well as in other states and Aquatic Physical Therapy & More is by far my favorite facility, with my favorite therapists and I truly wish I had not waited so long to try them out. What's different? First and foremost, I am comfortable with every single staff member - they are professional, know what they are doing, are friendly and truly make you feel at home. They actually take an interest in you and are truly there to help and that has not always been my experience with other companies. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere is professional, yet comfortable. The pool and the underwater treadmill are AWESOME and can be real game changers. I was initially extremely hesitant and self conscious about the idea of aquatic PT and potential embarrassment as I am NOT comfortable in any type of swim attire, but the pool is small, the staff and other patients are friendly and not at all judgmental, and this is the perfect type of PT for me and my long suffering knees. The pool is a comfortable temperature and there is a hot tub you can relax in for a bit afterwards. The maximum amount of patients in the pool (which is more of a large tank) is about 4, but there are usually 2 or 3 people at a time, but sometimes you luck out and have the pool all to yourself. I have just graduated from using only the pool to also using the gym facilities/machines, and I enjoy that as well. For the first time ever, I actually look forward to going to PT. I have been here since October 2019, and have loved it. I should also note that they have been especially careful about cleanliness during Covid 19, and I feel very comfortable continuing with my PT during this time. I really recommend that you give them a try!”

“I highly recommend Dr. Amy for your physical therapy needs! She helped me through sciatic nerve issues and now through Achilles pain. Dr. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and is constantly finding new ways to add value to her practice. She makes you feel comfortable during your sessions by explaining the process in a way you can understand. Thanks to her I did not have to hit pause on me workouts. Dr. Amy is the best!”
