“I first met Lisa when I was involved in a work/trade agreement at Be Yoga South/Carmel. At the time I was newer to yogic philosophy and integrative health practices. Being able to watch and observe Lisa's behavior during the public part of her client intake in the lobby of the studio really got me thinking about my own thoughts and actions. After a time I had some issues that I wanted help resolving in an alternative manner and I came to Lisa for help.
