I immediately passed over the big names after having a series of bad experiences a few months ago getting pricing on a water heater installation from some bigger name companies with commissioned salespeople. I prefer local businesses and dealing with real, genuine people who directly oversee the work and aren't out to make commission on a sale. When I saw the reviews for Mendez roofing on multiple sites I knew this was the business I wanted to deal with. I rely heavily on the Google reviews of prior customers when making my purchasing decisions and they simply stood out from the rest. Mendez upgraded my old, tired sad roof from a drab gray 3 tab shingle to a gorgeous, multicolor architectural shingle at what I feel was a very reasonable price.
