“I was at my dealership down the street with a flat tire. Their service department was backed up and they said it would take several hours for my car to be seen. Another patron told me about discount tires and called them up to find out the wait. It was much less of a wait so I left the dealership and went right over. My service advisor Jesse went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. He was professional and courteous and empathetic. My vehicle was new and my mileage low so he called Goodyear to get a credit for the damaged tire which was still under warranty. This saved me money out of pocket. “Dr. Hess cured my eczema after doctors in Charlotte, Augusta, Winston-Salem, and Salisbury NC just gave me steroid cream to treat the symptoms. That was in 1994+/-. In 2012, I moved 2 1/2 hours west, tried someone in Asheville and decided I needed to stay with Dr. Hess. I’m willing to wait for an appointment and recently was offered to fill a cancellation so I could have something checked that I was afraid was serious. “Dr. Benton is a modern version of the old-fashioned doctors of my youth who made house calls and were as concerned for their patients as for their own families. She is smart, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Her staff and associates are an outstanding group, and fun to be around, and treat everyone as if they are the only patient they have. I ran into Dr. Benton quite by chance, and it was one of the luckiest random meetings of my life. I had been wrestling with an increasing number of Aging Man problems (I am 75) that despite treatment were getting worse over time. These included ED, prostate issues, and urinary problems that were worrisome and debilitating. Dr. Benton took quite a bit of time out of her day going over various treatments available for each problem. Given that I was not her patient and lived hundreds of miles away in Florida, she was extraordinarily generous to have done this. I looked into what I learned from her, and within a few days decided to travel to her clinic in North Carolina - a decision which has been life changing. After only four treatments (out of a scheduled 12) I have experienced major improvements in all of my problem areas. Its almost like waking up to find you are 20 years younger. Everything she suggested in our initial accidental meeting has improved my life and well-being. I can't recommend her and her associates highly enough.”

My wife has been a resident at Delmar Gardens South since January 2013 and still resides there. Delmar Gardens South is rated FIVE STARS by Medicare. The staff is always concerned about all the residents and provides outstanding care to all. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that requires exceptional care. There is always a Nurse on duty 24 hours a day to take care of any needs my wife or other residents might have. Her room is always clean and so is the entire facility. The Executive Director Kim Kraemer always has an open door policy, if you have any issues. Delmar Garden South is rated 5 STARS and so are the employees.”
