The manager was the nicest person I've seen in customer service in a long time. Marissa was so helpful and very informative. She definitely helped me make my decision of planning my move in next month. I was shocked at the amount I will be saving by moving my stuff here. It was nice to see a happy smiling face and was so eager to make sure I was happy with everything!!! I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to make the move. It's hard to get good customer service nowadays but Marissa really made me feel welcome and it was genuine . She showed us a tour of the property and found two indoor units right across the hall from each other. She was very nice and personable! We had a panic mode and needed more storage and she quickly found us another unit nearby and gave us extended access hours to the facility to help us during our move. Office is stocked with last min packing supplies you don't think you need, but end up needing. Very reasonable pricing and the individual coded entry is a nice touch.”

I lost my mom, fell very I'll and was hospitalized several times in the last year. They worked with me instead of just being all business and NO heart.
