“Our move was extremely easy and hassle free thanks to Marina's coordination and frequent and uptodate information. However there are few things I wanted to bring to the attention for future. Although estimator did great job in estimating our household items, we felt that our entire household items were crammed in 2 small crates instead of using big truck or using 3rd container. This was the reason I think for many damages to our furniture and packers not willing to accommodate few last minute items that were left in the apartment at origin. They tried their best to include as much as they can but they just couldn't fit anymore items at the end. But overall, employees of all the companies were great professionals and very polite in responding to our concerns.”
