She was not going to be working that evening - however, she gave me her cell phone and when I came into town - I called her and she returned to the store to fill out the paperwork and make sure I had my unit. She did this after hours, on her own time and with a smile. I think this is outstanding service - the kind of service everyone would love to receive but seldom do. “Awesome location, and superior staff. I accidentally forgot to slide my latch before locking up my unit, and one of their managers noticed during routine a walkthrough. He called and left me a message informing. I love that my stuff is indoors, they have 3 floors, an elevator, carts, nice management, and auto draft. When I upgraded my unit size, they even made sure it was not far from my old unit to make moving easy. (Granted I was lucky they still had units near my old one.) I highly recommend this location.”
