They exceeded my client's expectations and mine too! I was just blown away at just how outstanding they actually were in person! Beyond belief! I told my client they were like jewelry and that her dining room was now fully adorned and ready for guest! It was amazing, because they looked like they had always been there because they were perfect companions to the existing antique chandelier we were coordinating with. Working with King's Chandelier was an awesome experience! My crystal wall sconce journey, lead me to working closely with the King's Chandelier team in customizing, designing, crafting, and installing the most spectacular crystal wall sconces I could have ever imagined. From my first conversation with Nancy, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief and comfort knowing that I was in good hands for this momentous task of coordinating 2 new crystal wall sconces with my client's existing antique dining room chandelier. After the wall sconces were created, my journey wasn't over...King's attention and concern for client satisfaction and pride of their artistry offered for a qualified chandelier installer(Tim) to come to our city and install these 50 pound wall sconces in my client's home! Tim and his team were amazing to work with and true assets to the successful completion of this journey. They arrived on time, well-equipped with 5 ladders and all the necessary tools. Not only did Tim install the 2 new wall sconces purchased from King's, but he also made repairs to my client's antique chandeliers, changed out all bulbs and candle covers, noted and added missing antique crystals, as well as cleaned all of the individual crystals on all the antique chandeliers. Thus, making my wall sconce journey from beginning to installation an amazing experience and a successful project! I look forward to working with King's again soon!
