“Awesome customer service and exceptional car buying experience! My son just bought a Volkswagen a couple of days ago, and so far it's been perfect! I initially wasn't going to give a review until I knew for sure that the car doesn't have any issues. However, I trust Khaled(sp?) and feel that he is a very honest person, which is very important when buying a used car. He treated my son and I with the utmost professionalism, respect, care, patience and friendly manner. He allowed us to test drive the car a few times, whatever it took to make us feel comfortable before we purchased. He gave us a good deal on the car and even referred us to an insurance agency that helped my son get a decent rate on his insurance policy. He went above and beyond by giving us a 3 month/3k mile warranty. He is a man of his word; when he said he would check on any of my concerns and call back, he always did...just providing wonderful service throughout. “Being new to camping and RV's, I had no real idea where to go to get the correct answers and guidance. I visited a few other dealers to get an idea of what I was looking. A friend recommended Country Roads. I made a deal with them over the phone. Their price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I had priced. Country Roads arranged a "demo day" for us to go over the unit from start to finish, which helped me understand how to operate the rig. We arranged for them to deliver the camper to our location, which they did so on a Sunday morning. The delivery driver stayed with me to make sure I had everything set up correctly and didn't leave until I was good to go. He also gave me his cell number in case I had any issues. I was very impressed with this operation and it is great to see a dealer out there who understands customer service. I would highly recommend Country Roads to those looking for quality customer service at a fair price. Jeff runs a great dealership and they are great to work with!”
