The pumps were not able to read over $4/gallon and therefore to continue to serve customers a sign was posted that the price shown was per 1/2 gallon....And no one was ever charged $8.80/gallon. The store owner has integrity and would never price gouge. He actually kept prices under $4/gallon after most had gone well above that. The pumps now have new parts, are fixed & ready to serve customers.”

“I went to a competitor and didn't even get a rep to call me back after 6 calls to them. My wife suggested I go over to General Shale, I didn't even know that they were there. I went over to them and spoke with Kelly. She was terrific, I was able to get what I needed for my outdoor grill project. There was a slight mix up in getting all the stone I needed, so Kelly was able to get the rest of my order and then deliver it in her own personal truck on a Saturday, when the store was closed. That is customer service for you. I highly recommend Kelly and her staff. When my friends come over and ask about my new grill, I will tell them about the help I got from General Shale. When I ready to do my outdoor fireplace, my only stop will be them. Thanks for all your help.”

I normally purchase from bullion dealer on line because I like options and now days most coin shops or pawn shops either dont have much to choose from or want the highest prices for what they do have. This place has a huge selection. The prices are comparable when you factor shipping cost, taxes anf waiting for the delivery. Super friendly people to tip it off. After an initial kerfuffle I spoke to a woman whose name I did not get but she was professional, articulate and put me through to the pharmacist, Bryant, who organized to get me in. Really went the extra mile to accommodate my request. Additionally, since we made the switch to Greystone we have had no delays in getting refills that were always delayed at the chain pharmacies.
