He took the time to explain my options, what the install would look like when done, and addressed all my questions and concerns. He managed to fit me in earlier than expected, and the end product looks amazing. He then sat in the car with my daughter for a good 20 minutes explaining how everything worked and answered all her questions. “The 2 beds room was really small. Nice and clean but not much room to get around. The bathroom was large. About as big as the room. We had to get our door cards redone often and that was a pain being on the 7th floor going up and down on the slow elevator. The hotel was booked solid and we were there for a large wedding so it was a bit of in convenience with these small details and pouring down rain all day and night.”
