While a lot of company's closed due to the pandemic they made sure we worked everyday!! One of the owners even went to the grocery store and bought a ton of groceries and put in break room with a sign that said "If you need food take home". They care about their employees and also know how to run a successful business.”

“The location was not hard to find. The inside was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and attentive except for one person that seemed to be having an off day. I didn't have any direct contact with this person but did not pick up a friendly vibe. Eric got up and introduced himself which was awesome and took care of everything. There was a mix up from my insurance company about the rental reservation. Eric was on top of it and called my insurance company and a person from the rental car company showed up to pick someone else up. Eric spoke with Heather from Enterprise and she was able to take me back to their location and get me squared away. Eric did a wonderful job of getting the process started to making sure that all my needs were taken care of without having to ask for anything. This was my first time dealing with Vann York but I can tell you that they are off to great start with getting my car fixed. I normally don't go 5 stars but they deserved it for making this a very painless situation. Thank You Eric and Vann York.”

She was very considerate of social distancing, all while teaching use how to throw on the wheel, trim and glaze. Our time in the studio with Julie was great. She’s a patient teacher with great knowledge to help people of varying degrees of experience. We appreciate her allowing use to bring our infant (albeit he is very chill). We had a great time and really enjoyed the seclusion of being on the Burkowitz property in an amazing studio.”
