“They were phenomenal. I have been searching for a good carpet vender since October and kept running into terrible companies. Carolina Quality Flooring was beyond fantastic. They got the carpet in quick and were able to install it the next day. They came on time, and finished it quickly and efficiently. They also had a good competitive price! They were very cooperative when someone stole my card information and I had to wait to get a new card. They were understanding and patiently waited until I got the new card for payment. “All my son's Moving and Storage was a lifesaver. We had multiple changes to our original moving plans and they accommodated each one with professional, courteous and even supportive assistance. Andrew was helpful every step of the way. Our assessor, Trey proposed ideas to help us save on the move and .are sure that our needs to move large tropical bird cages could be made with little disruption to the birds themselves. The packing and unpacking was completed by Ed and his crew of four to eight guys at one point. Each man treated our things as if they were precious to them, wrapping everything securely and taking time to ask about different items as they went along. They were efficient, professional and very pleasant. Customer service was superb and they calmed the nerves of some very anxious clients. They are worth every penny!”

“This is a great service company for medical equipment. We contract with them for the repair and maintenance of our anesthesia machines and the other medical equipment in our surgery center. They always respond promptly to repair calls. Although I must admit that ever since they implemented their preventive maintenance program, we have not had any incidences of equipment malfunction. They provided us with an online interface to view videos, pictures and text reports from all service events. I’ve never seen a company operate with such integrity. They also perform the annual testing and re-certification of our isolated power systems and line isolation monitors, and provide us with the documentation and support required to pass Joint Commission evaluations. Their unbiased equipment consulting services prevented us from getting taken advantage of by unscrupulous medical equipment brokers. They are an invaluable asset to any surgery center.”

The sales representative that assisted us, Herman Chavez, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to select exactly the right flooring for my needs. Over the course of weeks he was responsive and helpful, always professional and, more than once, had samples sent to us so that we could easily find the look we wanted. Once the order was placed he kept in touch with us and, surprisingly, the were delivered earlier than expected. The two gentlemen that installed the floor did not stop for a minute and were informative and polite. My living room was left immaculate. “I have been a customer of RH since 2017, having furnished 90% of my primary residence in Durham and my vacation home in SC with RH furniture and decor. In the last month, I furnished a guest bedroom with RH furniture after moving my daughter’s existing furniture to her new apartment. With the RH Members Program, I received 25% savings on everything, which made the products more affordable than the regular pricing (and not more expensive than Pottery Barn and Arhaus brands). Over these past 3 years of shopping at RH, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery and quality. In the few instances where there was an issue, RH resolved it immediately without giving me any trouble. The delivery process is consistently easy - always on time and efficient. The delivery team was even efficient delivering to my vacation home in SC where there was no good parking for their truck. I was a nervous wreck but the delivery team handled it all with poise! I have had issues at other furniture retailers, but never with RH, so I will always be a loyal customer. My only suggestion to RH is to consider going back to offering more traditional furniture styles - they seem to be moving too much into the modern and contemporary style, but that doesn’t appeal to everyone. They need to keep a mix of styles.”
