Every time I go my experience is awesome they have the best staff right now miss Marcy Michaela and my other buddy I can't remember his name right now wears glasses I called him boo LOLhe knows who he is I just love going there I'm always treated almost like a family give that man a raise!!! “Tom Bogan is a superior craftsman who designed, built and installed a stunning wall of bookcases in our apartment at Carolina Meadows, transforming the room. He carefully listened to our concerns about possibly crowding the room with 10" deep shelves and worked out how to use 8" deep shelves with a trim so that they were elegantly slender, but still looked substantial, with a slight detail. He clearly wanted to give us what we wanted, but also wanted to be sure what we wanted would work. He was very easy to work with - always on time for appointments, made a minimum of "mess" installing a large project, and, amazingly, delivered and installed the cases ahead of schedule. His prices are more than fair for the quality of his work. We recommend him and his company most enthusiastically.”

“Great experience with BK! I went in on one day picked out rims and tires for my truck and was having them put on the next day, with a leveling kit too! Cannot beat their prices either! Update: After about 500 miles on the new tires, I ran over a screw somewhere and was leaking some air. Took it back to them and asked could they fix it. Tony said no problem, fixed it right then and there! I said "let me settle up with the boss lady" and he said "don't worry about it". How's that for service in a world where terrible customer service is around! You really have to respect that!”

“Mike Gunn is the owner he seems like a great guy. He gave me a fair price and the countertops are beautiful. One thing to be aware of is the lead installer cut into my drywall that I had just replaced after having the back splash removed and he left a huge gap between my countertop and wall. I was able to fix it Mike said this is common. The lead installer cut the hole for my sink directly over the support beam for my sink. I honestly feel and can see the whole should have been placed another 1/2 inch further back. Unfortunately I had to buy another faucet that was top mounted. It's important to be aware that YOU will need to get an ez bracket to mount your dishwasher because they did not inform me of that which is fine I just didn't know what to do with it. Overall my kitchen did get an upgrade at a fair price, and the countertops are beautiful.”
