“Dr Shin is an absolute treasure. I have never before or since felt so listened to, and treated with such respect. When he took me on as a patient I was a mess and in a horrible place. I had been admitted to psychiatric hold and the hospital referred him. I was suicidal and had zero hope. My first day I had a whole meltdown in the waiting area, it was never mentioned again and I was never treated poorly because of it. Yes, he is expensive if you miss an appointment. However they send multiple reminders, rescheduling is easy and he is worth it. I paid multiple missed appointments due to my own fault, so I understand they are expensive. The staff are kind, patient and understanding. I have since moved out of state and when I say I wish I could fly out to see him every 6 weeks I would. There is absolutely nobody like the team in this office. Dr Shin I miss you and your absolutely stellar care. Thank you for saving my life.”

“Absolutely amazing service! I wish these guys were closer to Concord FOR SURE! I blew a tire and by chance, was less than a minute away from their shop. I called and he quickly let me know that he in fact had the tire I was looking for and gave me the price. I had to wait 40min for my ride to scoop me up, but once I showed up, he knew who I was and recited my tire size to me. I've been to a lot of places that sell used tires and what he gave me FAR surpassed anything I've ever seen in my side of town. Most people would scam you into thinking it was a brand new tire. Great prices, and insanely fast/friendly service. I will GLADLY make the 40min trip every single time I ever need tires, just to deal with these guys. AMAZING! Wish I could give 10 Stars!”

“Called to see if they had a Soil Probe Sampler, A guy named Skeeter answered the phone and said they didn’t have one but they could order it. So I said I will check with another store and he said actually we have one but it’s the stores, let me ask the manager if we can sale it. Sure enough the manager said they could sale it. I wasn’t even sure I was going to buy it but after he did all of that work I had no choice. So i arrived and was greeted by the manager. He was beyond nice as well. I asked about their equipment rentals and he showed me everything they rented. I was honestly blown away by the customer service from a big incorporation like that. You guys won my business, corporate should be proud of their employees they acted as if they personally owned that store.”
