Making an appointment was very easy - you get reminders via email and the ability to check in ahead of time to save office paperwork. The office itself is welcoming from when you first come in and the check in staff was extremely friendly. I had such a great experience with not only my nurse but also Dr. Torsone. Both were very personable, reassuring, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and the procedure itself was quick and easy.
