“My Mother went to Elizabeth City Health and Rehab after sustaining a broken back. The nursing team was amazing, Angie is exceptional. The nurse assistants took wonderful care of her. The physical and occupational therapist rehabilitated to a level of functioning that allows her to live independently, I can not say enough good things about them. House keeping keeps the facility very clean and is friendly. The visiting nurse practitioners addressed symptoms immediately. I am giving them only 4 stars because the food, about 75% of the time was not eatable and sometimes we were unable to identify what it was. If you can bring or order food this is the perfect place for your loved ones.”

“It was really crowded and we were a party of 13. Only nine people were able to sit at one table. One server told the other 4 to sit at the other table, which we did. Then a woman came and tried to get 1 of us to move to the other table, but we are all on the same ticket, so it didn't make sense for us to split up. She said I'll do it this time, but next time, we can't. It was crazy because the other party sitting at that table was only 4 people and an infant. So why go through all of that hassle when it was unnecessary? The food was delicious but I don't think that they give you enough rice.”

I had been a tenant since August of 2017 and I must say that all the employees I've interacted with over the years have been wonderful! No online payments available for monthly rent, though. Love the property I stayed in and the area. They were responsive to work orders and when my townhouse was broken in to in 2018, they promptly replaced the broken glass. Nothing but excellent customer service with Picket Fence Realty! Would definitely rent from a property managed by them again in the future. Highly recommend!”
