“I have seen and worked with many doctors over the years. I will say, I have never had a provider listen to me or other patients as well as Janet does. She doesn’t just listen, she genuinely cares and helps you to the absolute best of her ability and scope of practice. I will forever be grateful to her because she has led me to have 3 burdensome medical problems fixed. I had gone for years to many specialists who had no answers and gave me the run around. Just because Janet actually listened, she led me straight to the medical diagnosis No one else could and I got treatment promptly. The quality of my life improved so much after this. I have seen her as my family care doctor since I was a small child. I have gone other places, but I will stay here for sure and recommend this practice to anyone. I have also seen Dr. Vang many times. He also listens and cares. He also helped me through a serious complication. He is genuine and listens and doesn’t come in the room ready to get you out. He doesn’t come in overconfident and acts like your concerns are minuscule. He takes you serious and will try his best to get you the most accurate diagnosis and have you treated. It is difficult to find providers like this now, but somehow there are two great ones at this office. He cared so well for my grandma. The providers are very prompt in their communication via their portal. The office staff is amazing. There is one person that works there that I will not name that answers the phone and comes off as extremely nosy, and a bit rude sometimes, but she’s not. She a really sweet person. Don’t take her wrong. Joy is awesome. She gets right on your referrals and gets them done and those prior auths—she blasts through them like nothing. She is on your side! The nurses are also really good. Anabela is a sweetheart.”

The only thing I will say… (as a suggestion) because it may have been harmless questions… but when I went to buy the matress and box spring they lady was very helpful and detailed about the prices and quality of the mattresses but when she asked me how would I like to pay and I told her I just wanted to pay straight out, she started asking questions like “where did you get the money from” and “where do you work” and “who do you bank with”. I just don’t see how any of those questions have any relevancy to me purchasing a mattress and box spring. Maybe it was harmless but it definitely gave me the vibe that she was surprised I could afford it. It was only $700”

Even if it’s out of your comfort zone. I’m pushing 65 and John is the the first Doctor that didn’t “tell” what I had to do, but pointed out the benefits of what his suggestion would bring. Sent me home to think about it and get back to him. Pretty sure he’s my last doctor!”

“11/27/23--5pm sweet tea was terrible. I told young waitress and she looked at me lkke okay. So i asked for sweet and low...it made it somewhat better, she never asked if it got better. Then in my salsa, big chunk of something. I asked her and she said maybe a tomato. Ive eaten at 1000's of Mexican restaurants and never saw anything in the salsa lkke that. Maybe it was just an off day Went in for taco Tuesday. It's noted they are now $1.35. I didn't mind that because they were really good. Salsa was very good, too. Waitress was very friendly and delivered great service. Got an acp to go. Very good also.”
