“My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for our 6 day vacation. Upon check-in Fernando greeted us. He was very welcoming and treated us like family and he has a great sense of humor! We felt very comfortable during our stay and the room was immaculate. The entire staff was very personable from the front desk to housekeeping. They all made us feel welcome. “Have lived here for almost 2 years. Haven't had any problems with any of my neighbors or what so ever. The only thing that's bothering right now is my new front neighbors that haven't completely moved in and every time they stop by to improve their place, play loud music during the day... I know right.... but it gets to the point were I can't stand the same rhythm. To make things worse it vibrates the whole place..... it's so annoying... If you read this new neighbor have some sympathy and be aware that not all people like listening to the same rhythm over and over again. Last but not least, there are some neighbors that work night shifts that deserve some good and quiet sleeping time.”

“We stayed for a week while visiting my parents nearby, and it was wonderful. The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation was great as well. They gave us a tour of the farm (introducing our kids to the various animals) and they even had some play structures and some very friendly dogs to keep our kids entertained. I really felt like part of the family and we intend to stay there again on our next visit. The only thing to know is that the accommodations are more like a contemporary apartment than the typically cozy B&B feel, but that's alright by me.”

I like the fact there's no carpet I don't think hotels like that should have it. I looked for bugs didn't see anything tg. For the price it's a nice place. The fridge doesn't work that good either.”

“Its the last motel in Hamilton period. It has a lot of historical value and I personally have a lot of history there period, some good some bad but the good outweighs the bad 4 me. They did an amazing job remodeling it a few years ago and its actually pretty decent there now. It's got a bad reputation over the years but it all depends on how you are acting and what you are doing as to whether or not you would get pulled over and or arrested there. Common sense people.”

“My mom and dad purchased plots from Dawn Valley from a door to door salesman in 1971. It seems that was their preferred method of shopping back then as I have the dictionaries, encyclopedias and brushes to prove it. Lol. They purchased based on location as it was near Bush Lake, which was a center point of fun activities we were doing as a family during the time. I imagine they also chose DV, because it is beautiful, tranquil, and surrounded by nature. This review is based on my mom’s funeral last week. Planning a funeral is no fun. It’s overwhelming, because of the timing and the unknowns. I can say without hesitation that my parents chose well. The staff of Dawn Valley was amazing. They made the process easy, smooth, and stress free. We feared pressure sales. Never did this happen and it was made clear throughout the process they would work with us and it would be perfect. The funeral itself was beautifully done. They chose a wonderful minister, who despite never meeting my mom made us feel like they knew each other. All in all, for a hard thing to go through they made it seamless and stress free. The perfect day for a immensely loved and missed mom. Thank you, Dawn Valley!”
