I find colon hydrotherapy a great benefit but rarely has it been an enjoyable experience while in the facility. The others I've tried barely want to do more than just take your money. At Whispering Pines, they are actively engaged in providing a complete and enjoyable service. If you go any place else, just change and go see Elle! And yes, Whispering Pines is licensed. Others claim to be the only one in NE Ohio, but that just isn't true. Besides, you get a lot more TLC at Whispering Pines.”

“I wish I remembered the name of the pharmacist I’ve been dealing with. Finally a pharmacist who cares! He really went above and beyond when my insurance kept on saying that I already had primary insurance in place to cover my prescriptions when I did not. And so my new insurance would not go through! He made sure that I would have enough meds to cover me through the long holiday weekend.And also was great with following up with the insurance company! He didn’t have to do that but he chose to and I love that! Will definitely use this pharmacy as long as I live in the area! Thank you so very much!”

“For years I’ve driven by and even as a kid called it the coke building but this morning I stopped in for breakfast. And I wish I had sooner for sure, very small place 12-15 people max! Coming in here is definitely like stepping back in time, 1 table that I saw and the rest is bar/counter seating. The menu has a nice selection and prices are fair, I ordered the Ashlee burrito and I was very good packed full of all the breakfast essentials lol. Over all great spot I definitely see why they’ve been there for as long as they have. Oh yeah CASH ONLY.”

“So two errors were made. First one came with the online app. I ordered & paid for a cold cup for my daughter only to find out when I got there, that cup was not in stock at the store. Second error, I have a boatload of stars. I decided to apply them to a new hot cup for myself while I was there. I informed the girl, "I'm using Stars" yet somehow it was not stars but cash from my app that was taken. The shift manager then proceeded to go above & beyond trying to fix things imho. The way I see it, that kind of customer service went further with me & proceeded to overshadow any mistakes made.”
