Half of the staff is pretty nice, but there's a couple workers that need complete attitude adjustments! The only real saving grace is Tony W. He was extremely helpful & even offered to contact the insurance company when i was having issues picking up for my grandparents! Service is ridiculously slow at times. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of that guy.”

“I went here to get the back of my son's old cellphone fixed & they did it for $80. The guy said you just want the back fixed ? I discovered that the front screen was also cracked he showed me and he said he'll do it for $30 and I said ok. 10 minutes later it was done. The phone looks brand new. 1 hour 4 minutes for the repairs. Well worth it. Highly recommend Tones Wireless to anyone. I see why this place is a revolving door. Everyone loves their business. “This has to be the most organized- cleanest Circle K that I’ve seen in my life! Nothing is out of place here. The equipment looks well maintained and the shelves are perfect! Most Circle K’s are run down- roofs leaking and mostly a mess and out of date food or out of stock especially on the East Side of Cleveland- those stores are awful and so mismanaged and out of nowhere I walk into literally a perfect store. Why is this the only store on the West Side of Cleveland that’s doing their job? I just want to congratulate all of you here. This was unexpected. This is how a store should look like. Everyone give a round of applause to the Berea, Ohio Circle K!!!”

I didn't have to drive very far, didn't need an appointment. Upon entering I was greeted and welcomed by a nice gentleman. I told him how my phone had been acting up and he replaced the battery immediately. Total cost with tax was less then the Apple store. “It's my first time ever coming there, came to get some parts installed for my car and instantly fell in love with the place. Very clean and nice building inside and out. Staff are very very cool and nice and professional. The owner gave me a quick tour of the place since they had just opened up recently and their equipment is brand new and top of the line and they definitely know what they're doing and are good at there job. They took my car in and in an hour and a half it was out and they even told me about some things they noticed wrong with the car and recommended I should check it out and get replaced soon. Overall very nice place with great staff that are very good at their job. Highly recommend it. Great pricing too!”
