Trailer Max

Couldn't have been happier with my experience. Stayed late to help get the deal done, helped me hitch up and check lights/brakes. Very well built trailer for the money. Excellent service would highly recommend this dealer for this brand. Friendly as can be and not pushy, even though it was later in the day he let me look over the trailer to see how it would suit my needs, but also offered his advice when asked. When I realised I didn't have a hitch pin he helped me come up with a pin so I could get my new trailer home. If I need another trailer no doubt this will be my first stop. Bought a car hauler, even though it was an economy series I never felt that I wasn't important as his customer, he made me feel welcome and even though it wasn't the most expensive trailer I felt he treated me as an important customer no matter what. Good communication and really seems to be knowledgeable.

There’s not much more I can add that hasn’t already been posted here regarding Bryan and Trailer Max. When I encountered some fuse and wiring issues after about 6 months he said bring it on by and he figured it out pretty quickly. Dude knows how to customer service and I’ll be sending business his way if I’m able to.

Bryan was awesome. I got a very nice trailer at a very good price. Well worth the 2 hour trip there. Ended up getting a bigger one than I originally wanted and im glad I did. I will recommend trailer max to anyone looking for a trailer. Thanks again.
