“I have used L&E for 8 years, 3 different homes We’ve had. The first home we used L&E was a new build in 2013. Vincent was a breath of fresh air helping us design our kitchen. Vincent is very detailed oriented which was helped us from making a huge mistake. I wanted to put the dishwasher next to the sink cabinet, due to the angle Vincent said you will not be able to full extend your dishwasher door down without it hitting the sink cabinet, we placed a different cabinet there, problem solved! I’m very thankful Vincent had the foresight to bring this issue to my attention and prevented additional expenses to me. The cabinets are SOLID wood very important to us along with them having soft close doors and drawers. The installers are very professional, clean up after themselves and fast! As a Realtor, I have referred many of my clients there for cabinets and granite. It’s very important to me when I refer my clients to a business they will be taken care of and receive a very high level of service while not being taken advantage of. In my opinion there is NO other cabinet or granite company I would use!”

I was greeted with a smile and handed forms to fill out. They got me in a bit earlier than expected and all were so kind and caring. Dr. Kollmann was so patient and caring with my 2 year old who was visibly unsure and nervous about the whole situation. “I am so impressed with our entire experience at Original Mattress Factory. My mom purchased an electric bed a few weeks ago. We have had a whirlwind of events happen since purchasing the bed and have had to ask a few times to change the delivery date. They have accommodated every time, and with a pleasant attitude. My dad has been in the hospital for almost a month and we found out today that he is being discharged tomorrow. The bed coincidentally is being delivered tomorrow. He is coming home at 12 and is bedridden so we had to have the bed by 12. My mom called and basically begged for them to let her be first on their delivery list. They said they would have to call her back. They called later and told us they rearranged the schedule so we could be first on the list. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Original Mattress. You are a lifesaver. Edit: The delivery drivers were rude. We spoke to one a few times, thanking him for coming and changing the route. He did not even acknowledge we spoke to him. The next one came in and we did the same. Again, did not acknowledge us. They went in and put the beds together. We tried to speak again and they had no bedside manner at all. Still five stars for our experience with Gregg at Hilliard. He was amazing.”

“Erika is a very honest and hard working individual. She was very Covid safe. She dropped off fabric guides at my house and than gave us the price on the 5 fabrics that we liked. I gave her the measurements, got scared that I messed up and she helped me with measuring. She was in the neighborhood so she measured for me which was super helpful. The seat cushions came out amazing. They are above and beyond restaurant quality. They finished the look of eat in kitchen. Erika even gave us the extra fabric back. I would reccomend her work you will not be disappointed.”
