When I was in there, I was there for parts to build a keyboard, another guy was there for parts to build guitar pedals, and another guy was a mechanic getting specialty tools and wires to salvage the computer in a car engine at his dealership. My Google phone stopped taking a charge, so I brought it in to this local store to see how to get it fixed. In the end I had to send the phone to Google: a process that would take 10 days. I really need my phone, so I was distressed about what to do. These folks rummaged around and found a phone they could loan me for 10 days! There was no new sale in it for them. They just took care of me. Can't say how much that loner saved me. This is an authorized retailer: not the cellphone company's own store. I don't know that I'd get such good customer service at an actual cellphone company store. (Just my opinion.)”
