We were working with Colin, the head engineer, for that session. “I am so impressed with our entire experience at Original Mattress Factory. My mom purchased an electric bed a few weeks ago. We have had a whirlwind of events happen since purchasing the bed and have had to ask a few times to change the delivery date. They have accommodated every time, and with a pleasant attitude. My dad has been in the hospital for almost a month and we found out today that he is being discharged tomorrow. The bed coincidentally is being delivered tomorrow. He is coming home at 12 and is bedridden so we had to have the bed by 12. My mom called and basically begged for them to let her be first on their delivery list. They said they would have to call her back. They called later and told us they rearranged the schedule so we could be first on the list. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Original Mattress. You are a lifesaver. Edit: The delivery drivers were rude. We spoke to one a few times, thanking him for coming and changing the route. He did not even acknowledge we spoke to him. The next one came in and we did the same. Again, did not acknowledge us. They went in and put the beds together. We tried to speak again and they had no bedside manner at all. Still five stars for our experience with Gregg at Hilliard. He was amazing.”

“Erika is a very honest and hard working individual. She was very Covid safe. She dropped off fabric guides at my house and than gave us the price on the 5 fabrics that we liked. I gave her the measurements, got scared that I messed up and she helped me with measuring. She was in the neighborhood so she measured for me which was super helpful. The seat cushions came out amazing. They are above and beyond restaurant quality. They finished the look of eat in kitchen. Erika even gave us the extra fabric back. I would reccomend her work you will not be disappointed.”

“I called Ohio Surface Restoration for a quote to refinish my stained bath tub. They responded promptly and were able to give me a rough quote after a few simple questions and a couple pictures. I scheduled an appointment for between 7-7:30am the following week. I called the day before to confirm my appointment and left a message with Diane. I received a call back shortly after and they confirmed everything. Diane arrived on time the day of my appointment. She was very friendly and courteous and was able to befriend our normally very protective dog. I was so grateful. I usually end up having to hold him everytime we have a service person in as he gets so worked up. After showing her the bathroom with our tub, she quickly got to work and stated she might actually be able to clean the stains away saving me the time and money of doing an entire resurfacing. After scrubbing for a couple minutes she asked me to come look. I was astonished that she had actually gotten the stains out! It’s like new! I’m so pleased! Diane, thank you so much for the wonderful job with the tub and being so kind to me and my dog. I really appreciate it! I’d refer Ohio Surface Restoration to anyone.”

“Excellent first impression ! A coworker recommended this company....I called and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. They were able to squeeze us in the very next day for our first treatment. I received a nice email with a video explaining the whole process which was exactly what they did on the day of service. The gentleman that came to the door was very friendly and professional. This is our first treatment so we will see how long it takes for the mosquitoes to be reduced/gone. ?”
