Not to mention that I was actually talked out of a more expensive oil change that I was going to purchase, as it was explained that the synthetic blend (cheaper than the full synthetic) was a better fit for my car. The owner Kyle, was an absolute pleasure to talk with and provided a level of professionalism that is hard to find in mechanic shops nowadays (received updates and pictures of services being performed on my vehicle in real time). “Crane-Tec got onsite within a few days, removed the jib cranes (4) we were moving, cleaned up the old location by cutting off and grinding down the floor bolts, and reinstalled the cranes within three business days. “Guys this is by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I have only good things to say. Firstly, walking in, the restaurant (bathrooms included) was very clean. No tables were dirty and the drink area was clean. Secondly, The hospitality was on the next level. The staff greeted me as I walked in which is exceptional for fast food service especially a McDonald's. There was a crowd of seniors sitting in each corner enjoying a coffee or a breakfast sandwich (something that'd be more common to a Culver's). I also was given a free McDonald's Baked Apple Pie. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Lita who I got to have a chat with and made my experience more than worth while. Lastly, for speed of service and order accuracy, my food was out before I even sat down and the Drive-Thru line seemed to be moving very quickly. I had everything correct on my order and loved my experience. Thank you McDonald's Harrison Avenue for doing an outstanding job!”

“Both sets of my grandparents are buried at this cemetery. Also two aunts and Three uncles. I live in Virginia. When I come back home to North Carolina I visit their graves and have taken flowers to put there. Once when I was there there was a problem with one of the flower vases. I could not get it out. I went to the office and asked Katy Lail if someone could help me. Johnny Forbes came down and got down on hands and knees (it had started to rain) and fixed the vase for me. He also cleaned off my grandparents marker He was not asked to do that. The respect that Mr Forbes showed me was inspiring. He was so very nice. This cemetery is one of the prettiest and well kept that I have ever seen and the staff is friendly helpful and courteous. Visit Virginia and look at these here if you do not believe me. Thank you at Catawba for taking such good respectful care of my loved ones.”
