He is awesome and a world class trainer! I’m in my 50’s and am getting toned and have incredible energy and best of all, I love going to the gym. I look forward to it! His wife Brenda is a doll and everyone working out there from athletes, to students, to Silver Sneakers and everyone in between are so friendly. I don’t know their names but everyone encourages everyone. Can’t speak highly enough! Give it a try, I promise you will not be disappointed. Best decision for me!!”

“After reading horror reviews about the hotel I was worried. I was surprised when I checked my room. It was clean. No mold, bugs, or stained sheets. I was told my room didn't have a fridge but it did and the A/C worked. There definitely was some unfinished parts of the room but overall for just having to sleep there it was fine.”
