He takes all the time needed to explain everything that is going on to you and does NOT make you feel like he's rushed to get on to the next patient. I DO wish, however, that you could call during the hours of 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. and make an appointment but according to their message when you call that is their lunch time. This is very inconvenient and makes it more difficult for me to make an appointment but in my view that has more to do with the office management and has nothing to do with Dr Wikas himself.”

“Todd was extremely helpful though out the entire process. My mom had pre-purchased her burial crypt so there were only a few minor decisions that needed to be made. Todd's primary concern was how we were doing as a family, especially my dad. He was always very courteous and didn't rush explaining how things were going to proceed once we arrived at the mausoleum on the day of my mom's funeral. I do highly recommend prepaying for a burial plot as it definitely reduces the number of decisions that need to be made as the family grieves the loss of a loved one.”

“Stop for a quick bite to eat at lunch time. On a time crunch so we decided to stop in. Service was quick and friendly. Good came ready pretty quickly. It was prepared correctly and was very hot. The only bad thing was the restroom. It had those stupid push down for water and wear not working properly. So you had to do your best to scrub up, quickly press with one hand and rinse other one. Then there are no paper towels. And it is these weak air dryer that you will eventually give up and let the drip dry.”
