“The room was very nice and clean. Location was great. There were a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was really great -- always friendly and greeting me. One, in particular, is the woman who I think was in charge of breakfast. She would always come around to make sure everything was ok. One morning, there was a gentleman in a wheelchair getting breakfast. She helped prepare his plate and even helped him with his food. I was very impressed by her above and beyond!”

They are all very responsive and have on many occasions gone the extra mile. Ann, the property manager, worked with me to help me get into another apartment a couple months ago, when there were some issues with my previous unit that couldn't be resolved until I moved out. And Jeremy is a fantastic maintenance manager, always nice and friendly and takes care of my maintenance requests promptly. In my opinion, all the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. “Clayton's Laundry is right around the corner from us making it very convenient. We used to visit this location when it was under other ownership. We stopped because the old owner just decided that he no longer cared for his business. Upon walking in we were very surprised and love the remodeling and new equipment. Cleanliness is important to us and here we are also impressed. All The machines are in great working order and left our laundry well cleaned. We also had the opportunity to meet the new owner who is very kind and helpful. Thank you for restoring this wonderful laundry service to our neighborhood!”
