Came out on a Saturday night and put my teenage son's car back on the road in all that snow. Charged him a very reasonable fee, one the kid could afford. I'm forever grateful as I was 4 hours away! Thank you! They even called me back to tell me my son was safe! Just wow!

In 2008 I was going to BGSU and my grandma had passed away. Trying to get to her funeral, my car had broken down on the highway - causing me to drift off and sit on the side of the road.
At the time, this location wasn't there, but I still called on them to come get me.

And let me just say how WONDERFUL and efficient they were, making me feel like a priority. I was upset, thinking I wouldn't make it to the funeral in time...but thanks to their driver who quickly loaded my little vw bugg on their flatbed, he got me all the way back to the Akron area in time. He was very sincere and kind to me - and to have him go out of the way to drop me off at my grandmother's funeral before he took my car to the repair shop - was just the sweetest thing. I am very grateful to him and this company. They took such great care of me that day, keeping me calm and safe while I sat on the side of the busy highway during such a difficult time.
