“Bought a used Lexus there this past Monday. Process was smooth with very little fuss. I never felt pressured and both sales and finance respected my requests. The price of the car was the price listed online, plus tax and a $250 doc fee, so pricing was very transparent. John Thornton in sales answered all of my many questions via phone the Friday before. He unfortunately was out on Monday but I worked with Corey who was very nice. Mark in finance was also great. Buying a whole car is a long process but it was all very straightforward. They let me crawl all over and under the car and take it on a good test drive. I just had it checked out by my own mechanic who said it was in good shape. Only complaint is I have to put new tires on it. Overall I had a positive experience and everyone there was cool. I never felt pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with, and the car is solid and clean inside.”

“I recently did something I thought I would never do, buy a car sight unseen over the internet. I saw a post for one of Sam's cars and called him to speak about it. The car was pretty close to what I was looking for and Sam went out of his way to answer all of my questions and send photos and videos so I could be sure of what I was getting. Once I decided to buy, Sam was once again a huge help coordinating with all of the necessary people including a shipper to get me my car within a reasonable time. Once the car arrived it was in the exact condition described minus two small details that were very easy to overlook. Once I told Sam about the items in questioned he volunteered to make things right for me. I went into the deal with Sam with little more than a virtual handshake, relying on descriptions, pictures and videos. After reading the other reviews I had very high expectations for both Sam and the car. I have to say, this is one of those rare times where even with those initial high expectations I really believe I received more than what I paid for and my expectations were actually exceeded. I don't know when I'll be in the market for another sports car but when I am I know I will contact Sam and if you are looking for one now I recommend you do the same.”

“I purchased a 2002 Ford Ranger here a couple of months ago and I've been very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a small truck that I could but with cash and this one showed up at Cars 4 U. I took it for a test drive, drive it hard and it performed well. I was a little skeptical because these places tend to sell auction cars that aren't that great and are tuned just well enough to get through the purchase before problems arise, but my little Ranger is still performing well and has no issues that I can see, also had it checked out by a mechanic and all is well.
