I wasn't expecting them to find my electrical problem because 2 other mechanics had no luck and low and behold within a couple hours after the team did research and diagnostics THEY FOUND THE ISSUE! They were able to get the parts in the next day, they even did my oil change and I was back on the road safely within 24 hours! I am so lucky to have found this place. “We just took advantage of the new Vehicle Maintenance Package offered by Schmidt Auto Care. The package included a full synthetic oil change, tire check and rotation, brake check, full fluid check and vehicle evaluation. They were fast, knowledgeable and honest. When finding a concern they explained what they found, the impacts to ignoring it, and the cost and time to repair it. They could have pushed hard for new brakes but were forthright in explaining that while they were low they still had a good few months on them. Schmidt will have my business for their honesty and willingness to support the customers needs as well as their wallet. Great job everyone involved!”

“I looked for Bonnevilles here in Florida but Dealer replies and pricing were VERY HIGH if they replied at all. Contacted Triumph of Cleveland and they were fabulous! Very pleasant and helpful. The bike looked perfect on their website, but was 2 days travel away for me to test. They test rode for me with a Go Pro camera and showed me there were zero 'issues'. Wire transferred money and had bike shipped flawlessly here. Installed a couple of accessories for me and I could not be happier with my new (2018) Bonneville but especially how nice everyone there was to me. If you have any reservations about buying 'long distance', don't. They are genuine and super nice!”

“I haven’t had air conditioning in my car for years. All other mechanics never took the time to look at it when I told them I had no cool air and it was more than needing charged (or whatever). When I told Justin my air conditioning did not work, he pulled the car into his garage and really looked it over. I don’t know what he did, but this air feels amazing! As of now, I don’t have to roll all of my windows down and speed outa my driveway for relief. This is probably step 1 (according to him), but It’s been a month and I finally enjoy driving in the summer rather than dreading it! *This isn’t even the reason I brought my car in.* I am so happy and highly recommend this place!”
