“I have been in private practice for 40 years now and gone through my share of labs for fixed prosthetics. I was very lucky to pair with a solo technician when I first started my office. I stayed with that lab until she retired and the process of looking for the same quality of work began. It was very disappointing to start with a lab that would do beautiful work for a few cases and then the quality would begin a rapid decline. Luckily, Scott (the artist) came to my town many years ago and his lovely wife asked me to give him a chance. In all seriousness, that was the best decision I made after my original lab technician retired. His quality of work has never changed from the high quality he delivered from the start. “Everyone at this location, with the exception of one woman is so nice and friendly. Everything is kept clean and nice. But ofc there is always that one receptionist who doesn’t know how to talk to people with respect (i won’t say her name because i’m respectful but i’m sure you can read the other reviews and use your context clues.) Other than that it’s great! It just really sucks when you’re a new member just trying to ask questions and someone treats you like you’re stupid. Almost makes you just want to cancel to be honest.”
