“The reason I went to Furniture Fair was because I wanted to shop local if possible, and I hoped they might have a few pieces I liked. I found everything I needed and more! The Fields-Ertel store has an outstanding selection for every taste. Amy was a wonderful help. She explained what customization options were available in bedroom sets and living room furniture. She gave me space to look around and encouraged me to take pictures of things I liked so I wouldn't get overwhelmed. I hoped to find a bedroom set to consider; I ended up buying furniture I love for our owners' suite, great room, and dining room. They even had tons of beautiful rugs and wall art. I wandered over to check out mattresses and met Doug, who is knowledgeable and funny. He asked some questions about how my husband and I sleep, and then pointed me to the perfect mattress. It wasn't the most expensive on the floor, and it was absolutely ideal for us. I tried quite a few others and kept coming back to the one he showed me. It was the exact right mix of firmness and comfort. It can be awkward carrying on a conversation with a stranger when you are laying on a bed and testing different sleeping positions. Doug made it all fun. Go to Furniture Fair at Fields-Ertel and know you are in excellent hands!”

“I was looking for a kit for my son and I came across Stebal Drums on the web. I was tired of shopping for kits at other retailers that weren’t just strictly drums, so I had hope going in there. When we pulled in my son saw their inventory thru the window and got really excited. We went in and were greeted by the employees. Rodney was the one who helped us out…he was very helpful, not pushy to make a sale at all. He heard out what we were looking for in a kit, asked us our budget, took my son around the store personally to try out different kits and cymbals, then he prepared a quote on shells that we picked out and he assembled the hardware and cymbals based on what my son said he liked and didn’t like based on tones. He built the entire kit in the store so that my son could play them and decide if he liked them. Rodney did an excellent job picking everything out, my son loved all the sounds and tones of everything he picked out. He was even right at the price we told him we wanted to be at. I would definitely recommend Stebal Drums, they have won our trust and we will be shopping there exclusively in the future.”
