“One of my favorite places to walk. Great place to hike, fish, picnic, take photos and even collect fossils. The trail around the gorge itself isn't that long. There is another trail off the bridge that is a mile. There is a picnic shelter, a couple picnic tables in different areas and some benches on a lookout area. There are restrooms and plenty of parking. Very peaceful and a great place to relax and take in the surroundings.”

“The people here are just excellent! They should be the example that all other businesses follow in all honesty. My wife and I brought our dog here that we eventually had to put down because he was so sick and the entire staff was so helpful and understanding through the process that it showed they really cared for our pet and our feelings. Every procedure suggested was followed by how much it cost so there were absolutely no financial surprises. The doctors gave their best recommendations and thoroughly explained how each procedure would affect my dog too. The whole staff took the time to be patient with my wife and I through our tears. I cannot explain how nice this was. It is a heartwarming feeling when people treat you like people. Overall, there is no question, I would definitely come back here again. “Very shady in Sunbury and soon will be able to go from Sunbury into Galena since workers are connecting trails. I am very sad some of the people in Sunbury do not follow rules. A yellow tape has been put across the end of this trail to keep people safe and off dirt and cinders as they prepare to blacktop. Unfortunately people are going around the tape with children in wagons. What are we teaching our children? Please respect yellow tape it won't be much longer!”
