“This is a wonderful community garden, it is run by the church. There's always something to do here and there is a genuine sense of sharing and togetherness. The soil is perfect and the crops always come out beautifully. Grab a plot if you can!”

“Nice playground spot for young kids. It's $1 per child and we'll worth it. The entire area is well shaded and there's a small pavilion inside. You can bring in snacks and food and there's a small concession stand with reasonably priced snacks. Lots of play structures and my kid loved it. Nice work Lunken! ”

“A gorgeous spot looking out over Lake Erie to the north and a magnificent view of downtown to the south. One of the best Cleveland script signs (photo opp) sits in front of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on the southern edge of this pier, an architectural marvel in itself. Have a bite at Nuevo, the brand new Mexican joint with some of the best views in town. Check out the USS Cod, a WW2 submarine docked just to the east. Paddle around North Coast Harbor, under and around the Rock Hall and beautiful glass facade of the Great Lakes Science Center. Take a tour of the monumental Mather Steamship, a retired bulk freighter turned museum. If you're in Cleveland, you can't miss taking a break on this lovely pier.”

“Looks like this playground opened about a year ago. There's already some broken equipment like every other playground. The things that are broken aren't a big deal really, but it makes me think it won't hold up too well for years to come. For now, the playground is very fun though. If you have toddlers you probably won't have a lot for them to do here, but elementary agreed kids should find a great variety of ways to play here. Central Ohio had some nice parks around depending on age and interest of your kids, but I would highly recommend this one to anyone on the east side of the region.”

“Great place to access Big Walnut Creek. If using within Three Creeks Metro Park, good exit point from Alum Creek's access points. Alum Creek's confluence within the park happens after the Madison Mills Alum Creek canoe access, joining with Blacklick Creek into Big Walnut. This gives the parks its name, so I recommend this trip to experience this confluence. If used as an entrance point, Hamilton Township Park is the best exit point before Big Walnut's confluence with the Scioto River. Both trips are around a two hours, shorter if dedicated paddling. Getting to this Groveport rd. Access requires going through a driving circle behind the BP Gas station and Arby's, going to Old Rathmell Ct. You should see a sign for it to the right. It can be a little confusing, but the access point has been developed enough that it shouldn't be too difficult to find.”

“This is a REALLY nice little neighborhood park. In the age of covid, it's centrally located in Western Hills, has a shelter with a number of tables.... think great place to take carry out if you want to get out of the house and have a picnic. The fields looked well maintained. There is a small playground that also looked to be in exceptional shape. It's nothing fancy, but very nice.”

“Came here for Black Market Saturday's-hosted by Cleveland vendors and events. It was a great event. Gives Black and Brown vendors the chance to come together every 2nd and last Saturday of each summer month to raise awareness for their individual business. This event was awesome, I will be there again this Saturday, June 9th starting at 10am.”

“This is a great place to let your dog just run. There are 2 sections, one for all dogs and one for small dogs. There are a lot of picnic tables here to hang out at while the dogs are playing, even a grill. In the winter, some of the visitors will put a fire on to keep warm. In general this park doesn't get taken care of as well as other dog parks, so the people who visit pitch in to provide plastic bags for picking up dog poop. Dress appropriately and prepare for mud if the ground is wet.”

“A decent hike for the city. There are lot of people on the paved trail loop but there are smaller trails that lead into the park where there are some old bridge/dam ruins. I saw lot of unique birds throughout the area. This park was clean and eel maintained.”
